I was so moved to pray for your sweet baby boy Isaiah, especially when you
shared that he had seizures after he was born. I wrote this song “Pray For A Miracle” last year because I was inspired by friends of mine in Amarillo, Texas, Judy and Barry Lynch, whose son Thomas also had seizures after he was born. Thomas is 9 years old now and still has medical issues but he is a true miracle and the whole family and their faith are an inspiration to everyone who knows them.
They work a lot with our regional Children’s Miracle Network hospital in Amarillo and even organized a triathlon shortly after Thomas was born that is held every September, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting CMN here. It’s called Tri To Make A Difference. I was honored to be invited to sing this song I wrote, “Pray For A Miracle,” on the May 31, 2013 Children’s Miracle Network telethon on the regional NBC-TV affiliate in Amarillo. I have also shared this song in churches to try to encourage people to hold onto hope, no matter what.
I pray that you and your family and friends will find hope as well from the words I believe God gave me to share. I have not yet recorded this song, but I hope to soon.
